Customers need to bring your original passport or driver's license to the store to apply, customers can enjoy preferential exchange rates, safe and fast remittance, zero commission and quality exchange services after successful registration.

1. Consultation-Customers can call 778-871-8698, WeChat-Nzdau_shipping, or visit the office to consult and inform us of your needs.
2. Sign an agreement-Customers need to provide real and valid identity documents and accurate bank information, and both parties sign a remittance agreement to protect the safety of funds and clarify the responsibilities and obligations of both parties.
3. Agree on the exchange rate - We will report the exact exchange rate of the large amount of wire transfer to the customer within the agreed remittance time period.
4. Provide the account - the customer makes the payment. After the customer agrees to the exchange rate, our company will provide the account number for receiving RMB, the customer will remit the agreed amount and provide the remitter's document and the remittance receipt for our company to check the account.
5. Remittance-Provide the receipt. After our company confirms the arrival of RMB, foreign currency will be remitted within 2 hours, and our company will provide a complete wire transfer receipt to the customer for the customer's reference.
6. After the foreign currency is remitted, the money will arrive within 1-12 hours and the transaction will be completed smoothly.

For registered customers, if your foreign exchange business does not involve cash collection or payment, you do not need to visit the store every time to conduct foreign exchange transactions, you can contact NZDA staff by phone or email to complete your foreign exchange transactions for you. NZDA only contacts and provides services to registered customers in person and does not accept any form of third-party authorization or agency.
